Paul Anderson-Walsh | Director, The Centre for Inclusive Leadership 

Paul Anderson-Walsh is the co-founder of The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL). He has been an L&D practitioner since 1997. He has a vast amount of experience in facilitating high-level strategic change workshops. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations including: Cambridge University Press, Oxford Summer School, The Disney Corporation, Bloomberg, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Sir Robert McAlpine, Defra, Rabobank, The Met Police and many others.
Paul is highly regarded for his ability to help management teams work together. Paul is also the founder and director of a charity dedicated to working with people to help them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject. He is a well-respected commentator who is called upon by the BBC & he is a regular contributor at Premier Radio. Paul is the former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust. He is also the chair of ella Forums CIC who work with CEOs of charities and social enterprises to flourish as leaders.
The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL) is an organisation effectiveness practice. We support governments, corporations, institutions and communities to enable people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are able to support our clients to create environments in which wealth accrues to them in the form of employer brand, profit and performance. Prabhu Guptara
Prabhu was born and educated in India, though he is based in Switzerland and works worldwide, helping Boards of companiesand organisations with strategic, organisational, human resources, and market related issues. For over 15 years, he was responsible, at one of the largest banks in the world, for: Think Tanks, Briefings, and the (English-language) Distinguished Speaker Series. Through these activities, he had the unique job of working with innovative, cutting-edge and otherwise outstanding people throughout the world to identify new ideas that might bring value to the company. He now contributes through a portfolio of activities: Board memberships, consultancy, and leading projects.

Dave Pepper

Dave is the COO at Emerging Leaders, a non-profit that specialises in raising up leaders in Africa. Before this Dave was the National Director of Friends International for 7 years and before that he was the Director of CYM (Christian Youth Ministries). He has lived and worked in South Sudan and Belgium.

 

 

Ranjeet Guptara

Ranjeet Guptara is a Portfolio Manager at Cantab Asset Management. Since 2001, Ranjeet has worked for UBS, Credit Suisseand DEPFA, where he was Chief Operating Officer for Public Sector Finance. Ranjeet founded a food company, King's Kurry, where he was CEO. He also co-founded Teachable.net.  Ranjeet has completed two M.A.s in Theology, at Magdalen College, Oxford, and Ridley Hall in Cambridge. He holds a Swiss Banking Diploma and the MCSI from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He is married to Davita, and they have a daughter.
 

 

Jude Bainbridge Hamilton

Dr Joel Callow

Joel has experience of leadership in both the business and charitable sectors. After his PhD, Joel was Director of Research at Monodraught, before going on to work for Gifford Consulting. He was subsequently a Director of the innovative start-up consultancy Inbuilt, which delivered holistic and sustainable design in the construction industry, and was a regular speaker at industry conferences and as a guest lecturer at Universities on topics relating to sustainable building design. Jill Garrett
Jill Garrett is Executive Director of Tentpeg Consulting; she is regarded as an authority on leadership development, team effectiveness, engagement, governance and the effective use of individual and organisational strengths.  Jill has been in senior leadership roles for over thirty years, including European Managing Director of the Gallup Organisation, Senior Account Manager, Customer Services Director, Director of Leadership Development, and a Secondary School Head teacher. She has designed a number of recruitment and strengths based talent development tools. The Inspirational Leadership Tool, developed in partnership with the Government’s Innovation Group has been widely used to help Leaders to optimise and apply their innate leadership strengths. She has worked globally to help organisations to raise engagement and productivity. Jill works closely with senior leaders across sectors with culture change, executive development and efficiency agendas and coaches CEO’s, Strategic Directors and their teams.
 
Manoj Raithatha
Manoj has been a teacher, an author, a Bafta award-winning TV writer and a successful property entrepreneur. Manoj was raised as a Hindu in Watford and in Kenya. Interested in business at a young age, he today runs his own property business as well as heading up Instant Apostle Publishing House and the charity South Asian Forum. Manoj is an author and has written the book Filthy Rich - the story of his life and religious transitions.
